Scouting Management Tool

Clients working within the FieldAlytics solution will now have greater visibility and management over their field scouting activities with the release of the Scouting Management Tool. This interactive dashboard will quickly become the go-to solution to best allow users understanding over which fields have active jobs open, are due up for scouting actions or may be past due. Convenient filters and direct linkage to Scouting Work Orders make this all the more easy to work with and confidently take action on your clients fields.

From the Grower or Farm level from the profile tree, users can enter the tool from the Righthand pane under the "Tools" dropdown list by selecting the option for "Scouting Mgmt". Depending on the level in which you entered the tool, users may want to select a desired Farm to help limit the overall volume of fields being shown within the dashboard.

Beyond the Farm option, additional Filtering options will exist for the users to limit their current by the Crop Year/Season and by the Assigned Crop to the field. Once the users view limitations have been set, the tool will quickly show fields by crop, along with column display options for the set recurring freqency, date last scouted, job notes and due dates for scouting activities.

Frequency - This is defined as the established recurring interval in which the field should be scouted during the current season. Within the Scouter Job type from Work Orders, user can define their Start and End date for this frequency as well as establish what that interval should be (i.e. weekly, bi-weekly, every xxx number of days, etc...)

Date Last Scouted - This will show the last know scouting event date as set by the completion of a Scouting Work Order job.

Job Notes - This will allow users to quickly see important job notes set within the Scouting Event job from the most recent event, thus allowing the passage of this shared information to a single control center for others to view/access.

Scouting Due - As a recurring date is approaching (As defined in previous Job Orders), the system will showcase this event date to help ensure users can isolate and/or take action on fields that have due dates approaching.

Once the user has been able to use the existing Filters and View options to determine if user action is needed, they can quickly select any desired field(s) via the checkbox option on the far left. Once this has been selected for 1 or more fields, the system will then make active on the display a "Create Jobs" button.

Selecting this option will then allow users to create, setup and define all the specific requirements for fields that they need to establish Scouting Work Order jobs on.

**Please note, that if a field has already had a Scouting WO Job created AND if that job had established an auto-recurring frequency for future Scouting actions, the system will automatically create those future jobs as the due date approaches.**
