Mobile iOS - Scouter Entry Form Improvements

New options to help allow past observations values, form details and quick fill entry functions will now greet the user as they work across their fields that have any past in-season observations. These improvements aim to allow users to more quickly navigate through observation and recommendation forms and more easily scout mass acreages in the mobile app platform.


Whether working from the Profile selection start point for a new Scouting event, or working from Dispatch based on an assigned Scouting Job order, the system will do an event history check and attempt to pre-populate many of the entry data form attributes.


Upon entering into your Scouting event, the system will declare this via an alert notice pop-up (as seen above).

This will automatically create Observation and Recommendation entries based on the most recent Scouting event. Field and Crop entries from the General Tab, Field and Crop conditions as well as specific Damages will all be passed over.


Quick action buttons to either "Edit" or "Delete" events and specific entry values will be available to the users. This will enable users to work with events, but only make the needed updates or changes they see fit.


Complete the event after all new entries have been filled out. Select the menu button to then select the "Save and Complete Job" selection. This will close out the event and make the needed job status updates.
