Step 1: Set Up Grower Notification Preferences on the Web
Log In: Access your FieldAlytics growers account via a web browser.
Navigate to Account Settings:
- Click on your profile icon or navigate to the "Account" section.
Select Notifications from the top menu.
Configure Notification Preferences:
- Expand the relevant categories like Reports, Fertility, Workorders, Operations, or ERP.
- Under each section you will see the Mobile Engage notification option, check that to enable the activity.
- Click Save or Save All to confirm your notification preferences.
Step 2: View Notifications in Engage
Once notifications are configured, they will appear in the Activity Center on the Engage mobile app. Notifications are updated based on new data, and you can swipe to delete them as needed.
Notification Triggers and Timing
Notifications are generated when new data is available. The following events trigger notifications every 15 minutes:
- New as-applied events
- New as-planted events
- New farm plans
- New invoices
- New samples
- New scale tickets
- New scouting events
- New soil events
- New statements
- New yield data
Additionally:
- Rainfall Data is retrieved hourly.
- If a field received .05 inches or more, the user can see that in the activity center tab.
- Contract Signatures are fetched daily.
