Grower Notes Report

Generating a Grower Notes Report in FieldAlytics

FieldAlytics now allows users to generate a Grower Notes Report at the grower or location level. This report provides a summary of notes within a specified date range for selected growers. Follow the steps below to generate a report.

Steps to Generate a Grower Notes Report

1. Navigate to the Reports Panel:

   • On the right-hand side of the screen, locate the "Reports" button within the Reports panel.

     Select Grower Notes Report:

   • Click on the "Reports" button.
   • A pop-up window will appear.
   • From the dropdown menu, select "Grower Notes Report."
   • Click "Submit."

• Set Report Parameters:
• Choose a Start Date and End Date for the report.
• Select the growers for whom you want to generate the report. You can choose "All Growers" or specify individual ones.
• Click "Generate Report."

• Review the Generated Report:
• A PDF report will be generated, displaying grower notes within the selected date range.
• The report includes details such as the date, grower, folder, user, and note content.
• The report will be ready for download in the notifications center.
