Updated DOT Paperwork

If you are Merchant connected, there are some updates to the DOT paperwork that is now available from Operations. What's new and how do I navigate to it?

New attributes:

• Ship From
• Bill of Lading
• Hazardous Materials (HM)
• PKG #
• Description
• Package Units
• Weight
• Placard Information
• Signature sign off

Please take a look at the document with the new layout, new attributes, below.

Navigation to Generate Paperwork

1. Go to Operations

   Navigate to the Operations section in the system.

2. Locate the Dispatch

   Find the specific dispatch requiring this paperwork.

3. Open Dispatch Options

   In the bottom-right corner of the dispatch, click the three-dot menu.

4. Select Options and Enable DOT

   Choose Options and check the DOT box.

5. Access Generated Paperwork

   Once ready, the paperwork will be available in the Notifications Center.
