Merchant Live Product Pricing

Navigate to Work Orders

• Go to the Work Orders tab on the FieldAlytics dashboard.

Create a New Work Order

• Select New Work Order and choose either Chemical or Fertilizer based on your needs.
• Complete any necessary setup fields as prompted (e.g., client name, field details).

Add Products for Live Pricing

• Go to the Products tab within the work order wizard.
• Select Add Product to add the chemicals or fertilizers you need.
• These products will be available for live pricing if connected to Merchant.

View ERP Inventory Levels and Pricing

• Click on the "View ERP Inventory Levels" button to open a modal with inventory and pricing information.
• In this modal, locate the products you added. Each product will display its live price in the Pricing column, directly pulled from Merchant ERP.

Review and Finalize Product Selections

• Check the pricing and inventory availability to ensure you have sufficient stock and are comfortable with the costs.
• Adjust product quantities if needed based on available inventory or pricing.
• Once satisfied, continue through the work order wizard to complete and save the order.
