Merchant Delivery Customer License Check

We are pleased to introduce a new feature allowing users to verify growers' licenses directly on delivery tickets, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements. These licenses are managed within the Merchant Ag ERP system. To ensure accuracy, please review the grower’s profile in Merchant Ag ERP prior to use.

Steps to Use Compliance Verification on Delivery Tickets:

  1. Navigate to Work Orders: Go to the "Work Orders" tab and select "Create New Work Order."
  2. Create Delivery Ticket: Generate a Delivery Ticket for the specific grower associated with the order.

    Review Product Compliance:

    • In the "Products" tab, you’ll see green check marks next to each product.
    • First Green Check Mark (top left): Indicates that the grower has passed the chemical license verification.
    • Second Green Check Mark (middle right): Displays which licenses the grower has successfully passed.

    • Note: If a red check mark appears, hover over it to view details about any failed compliance check. When this occurs, the primary compliance indicator (top left) will turn red and display an "X."

This feature provides quick and clear confirmation of a grower’s license status, helping to streamline compliance checks during delivery work order creation.
