FieldAlytics Mobile Release v1.41 9/16/24

The FieldAlytics team is excited to introduce the following new features into version 1.41 of the FieldAlytics Mobile app as part of our upcoming feature release.

Soil Sampling- Collected vs Remaining

The pull-down Sampling Bin now displays totals for both Collected Samples and Remaining Samples, providing users with a clear view of their progress during sample collection, improving tracking and workflow efficiency.

Soil Sampling- Note Entry

FieldAlytics Mobile now includes an additional note entry form available while collecting soil samples. Notes can be added once a job is complete, accessible through the Job Details page under Status Updates, enabling users to document important details efficiently.

Work Orders- Mapping

FieldAlytics Mobile now supports Mapping as a Work Order type, mirroring the functionality of FieldAlytics web. Mapping jobs can be completed through the dispatch tab, with field boundaries manually drawn or recorded using GPS, offering users enhanced flexibility and precision in mapping Field Boundaries.

Offline Mode

The updated Offline Mode now supports Soil Sampling and Mapping jobs, allowing users to work seamlessly in areas with little or no cellular service. This expanded offline functionality ensures more robust usage of the app, even in remote locations.

Enhancements

  • Added a search bar when selecting Fertilizer products
  • Added camera functionality while scanning barcodes in sampling jobs
    • Allows use of camera flash
    • Front facing camera is now available
  • POIs are now selectable within a map view when creating Delivery Ticket Work Orders
