Asset Company Configuration

Asset Companies are a new, optional way to associate Company Licenses with an asset. Configured asset companies may be affiliated with any asset, supporting one to many relationships. However, only one company may be identified for each asset.

Adding and Managing Companies

Click the blue plus button to begin adding a new company.

Fill out the appropriate company information within the provided boxes.

Please note: the Operating Counties box cannot be utilized until a License has been added and an Operating State has been assigned for that license. The company may not exist within the state of operation for the license, so the license state must be referenced here.

Click the blue plus button at the bottom of the form next to Company Licenses to add a License.

Each of the provided attributes within the Company License must be filled out in order to continue.

Once the Operating State has been assigned, the Operating Counties can now be selected, click on the state name at the top of the county list.

Once all company and license information has been added, click Save at the top of the window to save the Company, then click Assign Company at the bottom to finish.

Assigning Companies

To add an asset company click "Edit Company...." while viewing the desired asset.

Select a company from the drop down list and click Assign Company. All configured companies within the respective user's database will be available here. The company list, and licenses associated with them, can be updated in this modal by selecting them and then clicking the green pencil icon.
