Why I get an error when uploading Case IH CN1 data?

Loading Case IH data into FieldAlytics is sensitive to the folder structure and the existence of a "cn1" folder. To successfully upload case data you'll need to ensure the "cn1"(2) folder is placed inside another folder(1) with all the data folders(3) inside the cn1 folder. 

Steps for upload of Case IH data:

  1. Structure the CN1 folder to match the below examples
  2. Open Desktop Link or Web Cloud Uploader
  3. In the uploader window choose controller type: Case IH
  4. When choosing the folder to upload, click the folder above(1) the CN1 folder
  5. Files will be recognized and can be imported
