Why can't I select this crop in Fertility?

In the Fertility Tab the Crop box allows the user to select the crop for which they are running the recommendation, however users can encounter situations in which the crop is not listed or greyed out. 

Crop Missing from Drop down

  • The "Fertility Admin" Tool allows a company to define the list of commodities listed in the Fertility drop down for Crop selection. Please Note: Only VAR Admins have access to the Administration option in which Fertility Admin is under. Load the tool to select the location, check the desired Commodity, and save. 

Crop is Greyed Out in the Crop Drop down

  • The Greying out of crop in the list is due to the lack of equation logic for the crop. Please contact the support team with any inquiries on equation availability for a crop.
