FieldAlytics Mobile Release v1.16
Profiles
Field Boundary Display Icon
Users will now have the added visual feature of seeing their field boundaries displayed as a reference icon next to the field name while working within the Profiles section of the mobile platform.
The display icon used is a visual replication of the current field boundary stored within the platform. Along with this new field boundary display, users will also have the field name and current bounded acres of their fields all available for reference when trying to properly select a field profile.
Users will also have the added assistance of this visual aid while viewing and selecting any of their available season zone profiles as well. After selecting the desired field from the profile tree, the user can then select their desired Season folder. At this time, the system will then expose all available field zone boundaries and provide the given zone boundary acreage, zone boundary name and the bounded zone icon display.
These new updates should provide much improved ease and confidence for any field staff working with unknown field profiles and give much needed visual reference within the selection process.

Grower Contact Info Available in Job Details
Work Order jobs will now display the Grower Contact Information when available while working within the Job Details overview page. These details are pulled from the saved information stored within the web application.
Users can set and define these from the Grower Information Icon found in the profile tree directly under a Growers name. The image below shows the location of the Grower Information icon and the associated details that have been populated for this grower.
With this information set for the grower, any future Work Orders and Job for this client will now have the ability to automatically pull in these details and make them available for display for future downstream users working with those jobs.

Make Individual Jobs Feature – Defaulted to “ON”
Within the Options/Misc section of the Job creation process, the application now has set the function to “Make Individual Jobs” to the ON position. This feature takes effect for any Job setup with 2 or more fields selected. With the feature set to ON, the system will then create a single unique job per field within the profile selection. This helps assist users where individual summary reports are desired, where individual record keeping is needed or just for cleaner integration to 3rd party systems and ERP solutions.

Start Date set to Default to Current Date
Another user feature enabled within this release was the feature to populate the “Start Date” entry box with the current date when filling out and creating a work order job. This convenience feature helps ensure that the job has a proper start date enabled and will help cut down on the time required to identify this common but required entry.
Users can modify this to a future start date if they so choose or if they know that work is not yet ready to begin on the defined job. User will be required to still enter in an End Date that is an entry that is after the provided Start Date.

Form Update to selection buttons for “Add”
Within the product selection process for both Chemical and Fertilizer application jobs, the entry form has now been updated to make for a cleaner and quicker entry process when adding new or additional products to the job.
The app has been updated to remove the former “Plus” symbol that was located up in the far corner of the form header and instead, will now have a clear and highly visible “Add Fertilizer” and/or “Add Chemical” selection option directly on the job setup form to help the user understand where to select to add those key items to their job.
This update helps clean-up the overall job entry form and will help all users working within the application understand exactly what and where to select to fill out the key attributes of their job.
