FieldAlytics Login System Update – FAQs
When will the new login go live?
The transition will occur on August 26th, 2025 starting at 8 pm CST (8/25) and be finished by 4 am CST (8/26). After this date, all users will be required to log in through the new Auth0-based login screen.
Why is FieldAlytics switching to Auth0 for login?
We are upgrading our authentication system to Auth0 to provide:
- Improved security with enterprise-grade encryption and compliance
- Faster login performance
- Single Sign-On (SSO) support for integrated systems
- Better user management and password recovery
What is Auth0?
Auth0 is a secure identity platform trusted by leading tech companies. It enables FieldAlytics to protect your data and streamline user access to the platform.
Will my existing FieldAlytics username and password still work?
Yes. You will continue to use your existing email and password, but the login screen will look different.
What if I forget my password after the switch?
Auth0 provides a self-service password reset. Click “Forgot password?” on the new login screen and follow the instructions.
Does this change affect the FieldAlytics Mobile login?
Yes. Both desktop and mobile apps will redirect to the new Auth0 login screen. You’ll only need to log in once if SSO is enabled.
Do I need to take any action before the switch?
No immediate action is required. However, we recommend verifying your email and updating any bookmarks to point to the new login page:

What should I do if I have trouble logging in after the change?
If a password reset does not allow login, contact our support team for assistance at: fieldalytics-support@ever.ag or call 615-864-8585. We’re here to help.
Is my data more secure with Auth0?
Absolutely. Auth0 complies with leading security standards (SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) and provides encryption at every layer of authentication.
